COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
For best results, cook Soyummi Farm's Beef Steak Hamburgers frozen. To keep burgers juicy, do not press with spatula during cooking.
ON STOVE: Preheat frying pan just until a drop of water bounces in pan. Place frozen burger in pan and cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes until burger reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Turn burger over at least three times for even cooking
ON GRILL: Place frozen burgers on grill and cook for 8-10 minutes until burger reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Turn burger over at least three times for even cooking.
