SoYummi, LLC was established in 2000 in the USA by one of the partners of Soy Tex, Inc. as an independent company to promote new finished products for sale in the USA and Canadian markets.
Our partner manufacturing plants are located globally.
Our Goal has been to provide a healthy vegetarian alternative to the animal protein, utilizing high quality Soya Protein, without the Soya taste profile inherent in most Textured Soya Protein Concentrate manufactured in the world. We also desired to have our product (SoYummi Farms Soy Protein Concentrate) match the bite, texture and feel of the animal protein, while reducing the negative aspects inherent in the animal protein (i.e., Fat, saturated fat, Cholesterol and Sodium) and augmenting the positive aspects of the animal protein (i.e., Protein).
SoYummi Farms Soy Protein Concentrate is made in a very unique, patented process in which all the fibers of the Soya Protein are criss-crossed, yielding an analog meat product with a fiber look, texture and bite similar to natural Veal or Chicken Breast.
SoYummi Farms Soy Protein Concentrate does not require the binding agents, such as Egg Whites or Wheat Gluten in order to be used as an analog meat. SoYummi Farms Soy Protein Concentrate is made with 70% Soya Protein vs. the Soya flour which only contains 50% Soya Protein. SoYummi Farms Soy Protein Concentrate is not bitter in taste like Soya Protein Isolate and as such does not require MSG, garlic powder, or onion powder to mask its flavor. SoYummi Farms Soy Protein Concentrate contains complex carbohydrates and fiber which are essential to good health. SoYummi Farms Soy Protein Concentrate contains all the essential Amino Acids required for a balanced diet and is made with Non-GMO Soya protein. SoYummi Farms Soy Protein Concentrate is kosher certified by the B.D.Z. of Jerusalem, Israel.
